Access Control:
› Takes place between the 29th of July and 9th of August 2026:
› A visitor in possession of a ticket for a specific day who, for any reason, is unable to attend the event on that day may use it on any other day where the price is the same or lower.
Children’s Admission
› Children aged 5 and under are admitted free of charge
› Children aged 6 and over must pay admission
› The organisers reserve the right to ask visitors for proof of identity
Child Safety Wristband
At the entrance gates and information points, volunteers from Viagem Medieval will provide young children with a free identification wristband, which will be filled in with the child’s name, the name of the person responsible for them, and their contact telephone number..

Royal Wristband
[valid for days of the event, also includes:
- Access to the side grandstand for the large-scale shows (priority entry up to 30 minutes before each performance, subject to grandstand capacity)
- Access to the Afternoon Medieval Tournament (ticket must be collected at one of the internal ticket offices up to 30 minutes before the show, subject to grandstand capacity)
- Fast-track entry to the Castle from 14:00 to 22:00]

NOTE:
› A day ticket is valid for a single entry to the venue on the date specified at the time of purchase and does not permit re-entry to the event. The organisers reserve the right to ask visitors to present identification.
› Wristbands purchased online or at BOL outlets must be exchanged for a physical wristband at any venue entrance during the event. There is no need to visit the on-site ticket office.
› The Access Wristband or Real Wristband must be worn on the wrist and adjusted for comfort, and must not be removed until the end of the event, as it is personal and non-transferable.

› For day visitors, we recommend planning your visit in advance so that you can choose the shows and areas that will allow you to make the most of the Viagem Medieval em Terra de Santa Maria. It is not possible to visit, watch and enjoy all the shows, themed areas and activities in their entirety in just one day at the event;
› The venue has limited capacity;
› We reserve the right of admission;
› The routes are not suitable for people with reduced mobility;
› Mobility aids are not permitted inside the castle;
› No exchanges of tickets and/or wristbands or refunds are permitted.
› Visitors with disabilities and/or reduced mobility must purchase tickets for the event at the Vila da Feira, Official Shop (Rua dos Descobrimentos 5, 4520-201 Santa Maria da Feira).
› People with disabilities and/or reduced mobility are entitled to a 100% discount on any type of ticket for the event;
› The discount is applied at the time of purchase, exclusively at the on-site ticket office, for people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility with a disability rating of at least 60%, subject to the mandatory presentation of a valid multi-purpose certificate;
› The organisation offers, at the time of purchase, a free ticket for a caregiver in cases where it is proven that the person with a disability and/or reduced mobility is unable to manage independently, based on information provided in the multi-purpose certificate and/or medical documentation;
› Depending on the terrain, all caregivers accompanying wheelchair users are offered a free carer’s ticket upon purchase;
› For people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility, the recommended car park is located next to the Municipal Swimming Pools; access by car to this location is permitted, with signposted parking.
